Better Health Starts Here!

Having evolved over thousands of years, acupuncture is one of the oldest continually practiced medical modalities in the world. A treatment involves the insertion and manipulation of flexible, hair-thin needles at specific points along the body's meridian pathways, channels through which the body’s energy is thought to flow. Acupuncture is a safe, effective, chemical-free way to promote the body's remarkable self-healing abilities. It is used to prevent and treat disease, relieve pain, balance mood, enhance athletic performance, increase fertility, and improve overall health and wellness.

Lynn Teo, LAc, MSc, MAOM has been working in complementary medicine for over a decade and has over 6000 hours of training. Specializing in chronic pain conditions, Lynn practices Japanese-style acupuncture, shiatsu therapy, and several other complementary modalities, enabling her to tailor treatments to the specific needs of her patients. Lynn is a compassionate practitioner that works collaboratively with her patients towards their health goals. Make an Appointment >

Lynn is a true healer; addressing my physical, mental and spiritual health with a variety of tools and approaches. Guided by her formal training and education as well as her natural intuition, Lynn has treated me for anxiety, sleeplessness, back and shoulder pain and a variety of other symptoms and causes for those symptoms.

With a unique combination of humor, energy, and intuition; Lynn addresses my health holistically each session and customizes each treatment accordingly.  My customized treatment have included cupping to address a chronic back injury, use of herbs to enhance the effect of the acupuncture, and always some shiatsu (my favorite part!)

I am so grateful to have discovered Lynn and her unique therapeutic treatments.  Without Lynn I’m not sure I would have the full and successful life I do today; because without Lynn I’m not sure I could have overcome and worked through a trauma that threatened to destroy every aspect of my life.  Lynn has played a critical role in my overall therapeutic journey and recovery.
