For those who need some extra support during the pandemic. This experiential class will offer tools to decrease stress, anxiety and depression, as well as nurture emotional resilience and regulation.  

These 75-minute sessions will include:
- a relaxation and body scan
- gentle yoga
- immune strengthening qi gong
-  self-shiatsu & acupressure
- breathing techniques and meditation

Lynn is a true healer; addressing my physical, mental and spiritual health with a variety of tools and approaches. Guided by her formal training and education as well as her natural intuition, Lynn has treated me for anxiety, sleeplessness, back and shoulder pain and a variety of other symptoms and causes for those symptoms.

With a unique combination of humor, energy, and intuition; Lynn addresses my health holistically each session and customizes each treatment accordingly.  My customized treatment have included cupping to address a chronic back injury, use of herbs to enhance the effect of the acupuncture, and always some shiatsu (my favorite part!)

I am so grateful to have discovered Lynn and her unique therapeutic treatments.  Without Lynn I’m not sure I would have the full and successful life I do today; because without Lynn I’m not sure I could have overcome and worked through a trauma that threatened to destroy every aspect of my life.  Lynn has played a critical role in my overall therapeutic journey and recovery.
